1. Who we are
Pamakid s.r.o., with its registered office at Prokopova 148/15, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, identification number IČO 10993843, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with RemoteKit and the websites remotekit.ai and app.remotekit.ai (“we”, “us”). RemoteKit was created by Sergej Fedorovic.

2. No tracking on this website
The website remotekit.ai (this site) does not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising tracking scripts. We do not collect or process personal data for marketing or profiling when you browse this site.
3. What data we or our providers may see
- Landing & downloads (Cloudflare Pages): The website remotekit.ai and release downloads at releases.remotekit.ai are served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request data (e.g. IP address, User-Agent, request path) as part of providing the service. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We do not use this data for profiling or advertising.
- Web app & relay (Cloudflare Workers): The Progressive Web App and WebSocket relay at app.remotekit.ai run on Cloudflare Workers (including Durable Objects). Cloudflare may process the same kinds of request and connection metadata for delivery and security. Relayed application payloads are end-to-end encrypted; we do not have access to your chat content, room codes, or PINs in readable form — the relay forwards encrypted data only. We may collect anonymous aggregate usage statistics needed to understand product usage and reliability, such as app opens, connection attempts, session counts, session duration, and error totals. These metrics are designed not to identify you personally and are not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
4. International transfers and subprocessors
We use Cloudflare as an infrastructure provider. Data may be processed in the European Economic Area and in other countries where Cloudflare operates, subject to Cloudflare’s agreements and safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable). 5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (or a jurisdiction with similar rights), you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification – have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure – request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction – limit how we process your data in certain cases
- Data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable
- Object – object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
- Withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent
- Complain – lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in your country of residence)
To exercise these rights, contact us via strt.it. If you are in the Czech Republic, you may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
6. Retention
We do not retain personal data from the landing site for longer than necessary. Where our providers (e.g. Cloudflare) retain logs, their retention is governed by their policies. Anonymous aggregate usage statistics for the app may be retained for product and reliability analysis, but are not used to build profiles about you.
7. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
