1. Acceptance
By using the website remotekit.ai, the RemoteKit Mac app, the web app at app.remotekit.ai, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are provided by Pamakid s.r.o., with its registered office at Prokopova 148/15, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, identification number IČO 10993843 (“we”, “us”). For contact details, see section 9 below.
2. Description of Services
RemoteKit provides a bridge and optional relay so you can use AI coding agents (e.g. Cursor) from other devices. You run software on your own Mac and optionally use our hosted relay. The Services are provided “as is.”
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe others’ intellectual property or rights
- Transmit malware, abuse systems, or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the relay or infrastructure for illegal or harmful activities
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
4. No warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pamakid s.r.o., its directors, employees, and contractors involved in providing RemoteKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if the Services are free).
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the Services, including the security of your devices, your AI agent accounts, and any data you process through RemoteKit. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party AI agents or for how you configure or use the software.
7. Changes to terms or Services
We may change these terms or the Services at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we change the terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may post a notice on the site or app where feasible.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
